Can't find Run Permissions in View menu, Options due to moved to Tabs/Queries.
Cause:
The 'Options...' command has been moved to the 'Tools' menu, and the 'Run Permissions' option has been moved to the 'Tables/Queries' tab.
Solution:
To set the default permissions for running a query, use the 'Options...' command under the 'Tools' menu, and select the desired radio button in the 'Run Permissions' group of the 'Tables/Queries' tab.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
2) Click the 'Tables/Queries' tab.
3) Do one of the following in the 'Run Permissions' group:
Run Permissions
NOTE: The selected permissions will be the default for new databases.
a) Select the 'Owner's' radio button to give the owner permissions to run queries.
b) Select the 'User's' radio button to give a user permissions to run queries.
4) Click 'OK'. (The Options dialog box closes.)
